My Favorite Bit of Information From The Week:

Mithu Storoni is one of my favorite scientists in the field of mental health. She specializes in stress research. Her theory is that much (but of course not all) of mental illness is caused by chronic stress. Her book changed my life and I love to recommend it- the audiobook is fabulous as well. Update on my Show: 

Wait for it…..we are almost TWO FIFTHS OF THE WAY THERE! We were one fifth of the way there last week, this growth and support have been overwhelming and I am so grateful. THANK YOU to all who donated, truly.
